OUR FRANCHISE TRAINING AND SUPPORT MEANS YOU’RE NOT ALONE

There are plenty of great reasons to open a business as part of a franchise brand, especially when it’s a mosquito franchise. Franchises allow owners to be in business for themselves but not by themselves, and at Mosquito Hunters, we understand how important and valuable the franchise model is. Starting a business is an exciting and challenging process. Many new entrepreneurs feel overwhelmed and unprepared, but by partnering with Mosquito Hunters to become your own boss, you’ll benefit from thorough training and ongoing support that frees you to concentrate on the growth of your business!

Your Initial Training
All new members of our mosquito franchise family enjoy comprehensive pre-opening training at our Chicagoland office, in Hunter Hall. While there, you and up to two other trusted staff members learn what you need to know about the Mosquito Hunters brand and how to run your franchise, including:

  • Our mission, vision, and values
  • Sales and Call Center training
  • Email, calendar and Cloud storage training
  • Mosquito control and technician training
  • Hiring and recruiting
  • Financial planning
  • Marketing
  • Securing equipment and inventory
  • Day-to-day operations

Mosquito Hunters Founder and CEO, Andy Fuller, conducts much of this training himself over the course of 4 days that include approximately 26 hours of actual classroom and on-site instruction. You’ll receive instructional materials including handouts and quizzes and have access to our proprietary and confidential 171-page Operating Manual containing important information about Mosquito Hunters specifications, standards and operating procedures.

Hands-on Coaching
After the initial training, you’ll benefit from two months of phone calls from Andy, who will answer your questions and help you navigate through the challenges of business ownership. Then, you’ll receive ongoing on-demand support and one-on-one reviews for as long as you’re a part of the Mosquito Hunters family.

Franchise Reports
We know how valuable feedback is, which is why we gather and analyze data from every individual franchisee each month. We’ll share our findings about your operation with you and provide important insights into areas that may need improvement, as well as those that show growth and strength.

I wish I found this business earlier! There is very little stress. All I have to do is to keep good relationships with my customers and they stay with us. Then, each year we're adding new customers and continuing to build our business.

We wanted something that was low cost to start up and something that provided a great service to the community and recurring revenue. Mosquito Hunters really hit all of those boxes.

When we launched our goal was to hit 200 customers in year one. We ended up bringing on over 400 customers and had a 90% repeat rate heading into our second year. This model works.

I am very grateful that in a time where the world seemed to stop due to the pandemic, my business took off. Being an essential business gave my family some security during a very scary time.

I grew sick of going to work every day, making money for someone else. I wanted to start making money for myself and my family. What really sold me on Mosquito Hunters was their training. It really helped me transition into owning my own business
