While our model can work well for semi-absentee owners (in which case, you’ll want to hire a manager to handle daily operations), we believe relationships with clients, employees, vendors, and the local community are at the heart of a successful Mosquito Hunters franchise, and that’s where our franchisees spend the majority of their time.
What’s a Typical Mosquito Hunter Day?
Our turnkey sales team fields inbound calls from prospective clients and closes sales over the phone, which means franchisees are free to focus on the day-to-day operations of their businesses. Typically, they meet with technicians at the start of the day to make sure they’re stocked with mosquito control products, paperwork, and other supplies; then, they’ll spend time scheduling treatments using our proprietary software, and responding to phone calls and emails from existing clients. Franchisees are free to establish their own workday rhythm, which leaves time for family and friends whenever they feel like it.
At the end of the day, many of our franchisees spend time networking in their communities — attending Chamber of Commerce gatherings, going to business open houses, or simply answering questions from neighbors about what it means to be a Mosquito Hunter. Our franchisees know they have an important and valuable service to offer and they’re always ready to talk about it!
